When you compare learning to the production industry you see similarities. People are grouped in development, expertise or interest. In education people are grouped by production date and intelligence. With the development of Agora Roermond we tried to (and succeeded) with a new system. No grouping based on production date, but on things that connect them as a group. One mega group with everyone in it. Just like in our society.

and observations learning comes most of all when you allow it.

During the production of this text I discovered the following. In the picture below you see the current interest in the topic ’learning’ on Google Trends based on country. Zimbabwe, Jamaica, Singapore, Ghana and Philippines. People in those countries have been searching for learning.
